1 box strawberry cake mix
1 egg
1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup melted butter
With an electric hand mixer, beat together strawberry cake mix, egg, cream cheese and melted butter in a large bowl at medium speed. Arrange strawberry slices carefully in addition to the batter. Allow to cool before slicing.
Toffee Caramel Heavenly Dip

What you need:

2 large chilled apples, sliced
2 cups thick caramel sauce
1 cup softened cream cheese
1/2 cup toffee pieces
1/3 cup sugar
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese using a hand mixer until it’s a smooth and creamy consistency. Mix in the sugar and continue beating until well integrated into the cream cheese. Transfer the mixture to a medium-sized serving dish and spread in an even layer. Pour the caramel sauce over the cream cheese and flatten with a spoon or a spatula. Sprinkle evenly with toffee pieces. Serve with apple slices.
Kids’ Favorite Salted Choco-Caramel Pretzel Bars

What you need:

1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate bits (chocolate bars divides into bits ), melted in the microwave
1 1/4 cups Kraft caramel pieces
1 cup mini pretzel twists
2 tbsp water
Sea salt
Line with parchment paper a large baking sheet then spread evenly with 1 cup melted chocolate. Scatter the pretzel pieces and press to the chocolate. Mix together the caramel pieces with the water. Microwave for 2 minutes on high, stir then pour all over pretzel pieces. Top with remaining melted chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt. Cover and refrigerate until hardened. When prepared, tear into pieces before serving.
